Newmarket Office Fitout

The brief set out for this job required an open plan office while incorporating earthquake strengthening works to ensure the building meets todays building standards.

The space was totally gutted removing all partitions and ceilings exposing the wooden trusses that have been used to add character to this office.

Improvements included the creation of an open plan office, manager’s offices created using frameless glass partitions and doors, new kitchen and toilets, complete upgrade of the electrical and data systems, new air-conditioning and an upgraded street front entrance.
