Mayall Ave, Birkenhead

This stunning 325 m² home built over three levels was designed by Burgess and Treep Architects. The house was constructed with a block base and complex timber framing and was finished with concrete plaster walls, aluminum joinery and a cedar shingle roof.

The interior was completed to a high level with a designer kitchen installed, complete with lacquered cabinets, granite tops and Smeg appliances combining both gas and electricity.

Three spacious bathrooms were created using tiles, glass shower doors and custom-made cabinets. Underfloor heating was used in all the bathrooms as well as in the informal lounge area.

The exterior landscaping incorporated block retaining walls and an inground concrete swimming pool.

The grounds have been beautifully landscaped to compliment the house.
