AUT Podiatry Clinic Fitout

T Build was selected to carry out the fit out for Auckland University of Technology's new Podiatry Clinic at their Akoranga Campus on the North Shore. 

Building works involved demolishing the existing dated clinic, temporarily supporting the roof structure, constructing new structural walls, and installing new aluminum framed cubicle partitions complete with frosted glass.

Finishing touches included a new central island work station complete with Stainless Steel bench, the installation of new slip resistant vinyl, and a new curtain track system with specialist disposable medical curtains imported from the UK.

Multiple subcontractors were managed and coordinated on this project including Electrical, Plumbing, Data, Air-conditioning, Plastering, Painting, Flooring, Cabinetry, and Stainless Steel Fabrication Contractors. 

The resulting clinic was well received by the staff at AUT.
