AUT Plant Room Roof and Louvre Extension

T Build was selected to carry out the extension to the AUT Sports and Fitness Centre on Auckland's North Shore. The scope of works involved erecting a new roof structure over an existing plant room, and the installation of infill louvre panels to allow airflow for the existing plant.

The plant room extension was built using structural steel, and involved installing new louvres, wall cladding and roofing to match the existing building.

T Build was presented with many challenges on this project of which were overcome with effective project management.
