AUT Lecture Theatre Fitout

Auckland University of Technology presented T Build with a bare concrete shell at their Wellesley Campus, which we transformed into a 'State of the Art' Lecture Theatre.

The fitout, carried out under a short timeline for the start of the first Semester in 2011, included the construction of tiered seating platforms, angled Gib clad acoustic walls and profiled Cedar feature walls. 

T Build effectively managed and coordinated multiple sub-contractors including Data, AV, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Flooring, Seating and Fire Service contractors in order to create the new 'State of the Art' Lecture Theatre.
