Ascot Apartments Roof & Internal Gutter Replacement

T Build was selected by 'Burgess & Treep Architects' to carry out the Roof and Internal Gutter Replacement works to the Heritage Listed Ascot Apartments in Newton Road, Auckland.

The apartment complex comprised three separate buildings between 20-35 metres long. The job required coordinating multiple contractors of whom all had to work closely together.

The existing metal internal gutters and timber work were removed, then framed up with increased fall and plywood installed on top. Equus Torch On Membrane was then applied to the new compliant gutters. The deteriorating existing metal roofing was then replaced with new Colour Steel roofing.
